Simultaneous Italian translation will be available for on-site attendees only. Simultaneous translation will not be provided for online attendance.
The Early Bird fee (by 8 June) is:
- Always valid for Non-EATA Members until the indicated date.
- For EATA/ITAA Members, valid until 8 June and only for the first 120 registrations.
- For AT Students, valid for 260 tickets until 8 June.
- For University Students, valid for 50 spots.
Once the limit of 260 Early Bird tickets for Students and 120 for EATA Members has been reached, new registrations in these two categories will automatically switch to the Mid Registration Fee, even if 8 June has not yet passed.
The Mid Registration Fee is valid from 8 June to 9 September.
The Regular Fee applies after 10 September.
TECHNICAL NOTE
Once the 260 total Early Bird tickets for Students and the 120 for EATA/ITAA Members have been used up, any new registrations in these two categories will automatically switch to the Mid Registration Fee, even if 8 June has not yet passed.
For Non-EATA/ITAA Members, however, the Early Bird Fee remains valid until 8 June, regardless of the number of registrations.
In the online registration form, the active fee at the moment of registration will always be displayed.
If the 260 Early Bird tickets for Students or the 120 for EATA/ITAA Members are sold out, you will see the Mid Registration Fees directly.
REFUNDS
- For cancellations received by 1 September 2026, the registration fee will be refunded with a penalty of 50€.
- For cancellations received by 10 October 2026, a penalty of 50% of the registration fee will apply.
- For cancellations received after 10 November 2026, there will be NO REFUND.
